This system ensures precise control of working pressure, with the load cell’s value displayed via a dual-gauge pressure measurement system: one gauge measures lower pressures in kilograms, while the other measures higher pressures in tonnes. This setup allows operators to accurately monitor and adjust the operating pressure using a dedicated valve, with a maximum capacity of 5 tonnes.
The machine features a robust cradle that securely supports cylinder heads of varying sizes, even the heaviest and most unwieldy models. The cradle can be rotated up to ±50° using a side handwheel, providing flexibility to position the head for optimal working angles. An efficient LED lighting system, along with a convenient sliding panel that houses a comprehensive set of tools, further enhances the machine’s usability and efficiency.
