This model integrates proven features, such as the flat and V-shaped lubricated slides on the base, which ensure smooth and reliable operation. It also incorporates innovative technologies, including a table feed driven by a recirculating ball screw, offering a broad range of adjustments, and an inverter-controlled spindle for precise speed regulation. The RP1300 is further equipped with an efficient cooling system, featuring a wheeled tank and a grinding wheel dresser, ensuring optimal performance and durability.
For ease of use and safety, all control functions are conveniently located on a swing-arm control panel, which can be adjusted to suit the operator’s preferences.
The standard configuration includes a segmented grinding wheel for resurfacing both cast iron and aluminium cylinder heads, as well as a brazed tool for machining aluminium. An optional CBN-PCD toolholder plate is also available, designed for high-speed reconditioning of both cast iron and aluminium heads.
