Description
The LEV300 is a specialized machine designed for honing cylinder blocks, as well as for other precision industrial applications where such operations are required. Its robust construction ensures high structural rigidity, providing the accuracy needed for exceptional finishing results.
The honing head feed system is driven by a recirculating ball screw, offering smooth and precise movement, while the rotation is powered by a high-performance electric motor. A user-friendly touch screen control system, located directly in front of the operator, allows for easy input of work parameters, which are processed by the integrated software. This not only accelerates the operation but also optimizes the rotation speed of the honing head for enhanced efficiency.
