Description

The Comec FSV100 valve seat machine has been designed for ease of use in the refurbishment of valve seats for motorcycles, car and commercial vehicle engines for high precision finish. The spindle head moves on an air cushion allowing a quick and precise positioning of the tool holder head and the carbide tungsten pilot in the valve guide. The fixed pilot system, combined with the tool head mounted on a spherical adapter, guarantees quick accurate alignment and centering. The double spindle advancement system offers perfect tool feed speed and lateral micrometric movement. The 360° pivoting fixture has a rigid structure avoiding tool vibration and thus increases the quality of the finish. Furthermore, the fastening of the cylinder head is extremely easy and quick, leveling completed by the micrometric adjustment handwheel. The accuracy is determind by the electronic level display.

The machine includes in the standard equipment several useful accessories such as the integrated vacuum gauge, a LED light, and storage tray which improve functionality and usability.
