Description

The BST860 valve spring compressor bench and cylinder head workstation is designed to facilitate a wide range of operations on cylinder heads, including disassembling, reassembling, and comprehensive inspections, all in an efficient, practical, and safe manner.

The workstation features a rapid clamping system that securely locks the cylinder head to the table, which can rotate 360°. This design provides convenient access to all areas of the head, making it easier to perform precise work.

A pressure regulator, equipped with a filter, allows for the adjustment of working pressure, ensuring optimal performance for various tasks. Additionally, the bench includes an adjustable pneumatic cylinder specifically for operations on engine valves. This pneumatic cylinder is adaptable to all types of cylinder heads and is operated via a foot pedal, leaving the operator’s hands free to focus on other tasks.
