• With a conveyor belt for the automatic feeding of components, suitable for plates, sheets, and tubular steel.
• With a pad for manual operation, suitable for sheet metal boxes and fairings.

Belt Grinding Machines for Straight Tubes

These machines are designed for satin finishing straight tubes and bars. The working principle is “centerless.” Tube processing occurs between two rubber wheels that rotate in opposite directions. The wheel on the mechanical variator facilitates both the rotation and advancement of the tube, while the other wheel, upon which the abrasive belt is mounted, carries out the satin finishing.

Belt Grinding Machines for Bent Tubes and Straight Tubes

These machines are adept at satin finishing both curved pipes and straight bars, whether round, elliptical, oval, conical, or irregular in shape. The tube processing is accomplished by two abrasive belts mounted on a flywheel that rotates around the tube. When inserted into the machine, the tube itself does not rotate; rather, the abrasive belts revolve around it. This system effectively enables the satin finishing of curved elements.
