Pipe Notching Machines for Tube Ends Grooving
Pipe notching machines are employed to notch or grind the ends of pipes and tubes in preparation for welding. The notching angle is adjustable from 90° to a maximum inclination of 30°. The notch capacity accommodates tube diameters from a minimum of 20 mm to a maximum of 245 mm.
Pipe Notching Machines for Tube Ends and Longitudinal Grooving
These machines are designed for notching or grinding the ends of pipes or tubes, as well as for longitudinal grooving to prepare corner joints for welding. The belt grinder arm is hinged to the base, allowing the machine to operate in two positions:
- Vertical position: used for notching or grinding pipes with longitudinal grooving.
- Horizontal position: used for notching or grinding the ends of pipes or tubes.
The notch capacity accommodates tube diameters from a minimum of 20 mm to a maximum of 145 mm.
