The AC200 boring machine has been specifically designed to recondition cylinder blocks for motor cars and trucks with diameters ranging from 30 to 170 mm. The machine ensures excellent finishing and precision through a combination of a proven mechanical structure and innovative technical solutions, which enhance both performance and versatility.
Included with the standard equipment are several features that simplify and accelerate the reconditioning process. These include a fast cylinder centering device with a scanning level on the boring bar and a precise centesimal dial indicator. The machine also boasts a clear and intuitive control panel, along with a depth of boring control dial gauge, all of which contribute to a more efficient workflow. Additionally, the adjustable rotation speed of the boring bar allows for optimal finishing results, ensuring a high-quality outcome for every operation.
