Description
The VPT160 is a hydraulic pressure tester designed for the precise and efficient detection of cracks and leaks in cylinder heads and blocks through immersion in hot water.
Constructed from durable stainless steel and featuring a secure cover, the tank is fully insulated to minimize heat loss. It is equipped with two powerful, independently operating heating elements, which are regulated by an automatic timer with multiple heating programs to optimize energy consumption and reduce electricity usage.
The VPT160 accommodates cylinder heads and blocks up to 1350 mm in length. The component is securely clamped onto a hydraulic-powered cradle, which is capable of handling even the heaviest components. The cradle can rotate 360°, providing full visibility of the cylinder head, even when fully submerged, ensuring quick and accurate detection of any leaks.
