The tank, constructed from stainless steel and featuring a cover, is thoroughly insulated to prevent heat loss. It is equipped with two powerful heating elements that operate independently, controlled by an automatic timer with various heating programmes to optimise and reduce electricity consumption.

The VPT160 accommodates cylinder heads and blocks up to 1350 mm in length. The head is securely clamped onto a cradle powered by a hydraulic unit, capable of handling particularly heavy components. This cradle can rotate 360°, allowing for full visibility of the cylinder head even when it is fully submerged, facilitating easy and prompt detection of any leaks.
