Description
The RV516 is one of the fastest and most precise valve grinding machines currently available, thanks to its advanced technical features. Its centreless grinding system, which causes the valve to rotate on its stem, ensures perfect concentricity between the head and the stem (within 0.01 mm). It can accommodate a broad range of valve stem diameters (from 4 to 16 mm) without the need for changing any collet or spindle.
The valve drive system is operated by three motorised rollers. The top roller is angled to automatically drive the valve using an adjustable control switch. This setup ensures precise control of each valve’s length and eliminates the need to manually feed the valve towards the grinding wheel.
