The spindle head glides on an air cushion, enabling quick and accurate positioning of the tool holder over the carbide tungsten pilot inserted into the valve guide. This feature ensures precise alignment and centering, facilitated by the fixed pilot and the tool head mounted on a spherical adapter.

The machine is equipped with a dual spindle advancement system, which provides optimal tool feed speed through the combination of a fast front wheel and a lateral micrometric adjustment. The 360° pivoting fixture, with its robust and rigid construction, effectively prevents tool vibrations, thereby enhancing the quality of the finish.

Mounting and securing the cylinder head is both simple and rapid, with adjustments easily made using the micrometric handwheel. Precision is assured with the electronic level display, ensuring accurate and reliable performance.

Standard equipment includes several valuable accessories, such as an integrated vacuum gauge, an LED light, and a storage tray, all of which contribute to the machine’s overall functionality and ease of use.
