The spindle head operates on an air cushion, allowing for quick and accurate positioning of the tool holder over the carbide tungsten pilot inserted into the valve guide. This ensures optimal alignment and centering, facilitated by the fixed pilot and the tool head mounted on a spherical adapter.

Equipped with a dual spindle advancement system, the FSV100 offers optimal tool feed speed, combining a fast front wheel with lateral micrometric adjustment. The 360° pivoting fixture, with its sturdy and rigid construction, minimizes tool vibrations, resulting in a superior finish.

Mounting and securing the cylinder head is fast and simple, with easy adjustments made using the micrometric handwheel. Precision is further ensured by the electronic level display, guaranteeing reliable and accurate performance.

The FSV100 comes standard with several practical accessories, including an integrated vacuum gauge, an LED light, and a storage tray, all of which enhance the machine’s functionality and ease of use.
