Description
The RV516 is one of the fastest and most precise valve grinding machines available, featuring advanced technical solutions that enhance both speed and accuracy. Its centreless grinding system, which causes the valve to rotate on its stem, ensures perfect concentricity between the valve head and stem (within 0.01 mm). The machine accommodates a wide range of valve stem diameters, from 4 to 16 mm, without requiring any changes to the collet or spindle.
The valve drive system is powered by three motorized rollers, with the top roller positioned at an angle to automatically drive the valve. The system is controlled by an adjustable switch, providing precise control over each valve’s length. This innovative design eliminates the need for manual feeding, allowing for a seamless and highly efficient grinding process.
